Charming House on Desirable Lake Oconee. This home sits at the end of a private cove just off deep water 1/2 mile from the Sugar Creek public boat ramp and Marina. Home has small wharf dock perfect for pontoons, small boats, kayaks and paddle boards. Canoe, double kayak and single kayak available for guest use. This home was completely remodeled in 2018. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths and almost 1900 sq ft.
