You will control the main house and backyard, but there may be other 30+ day guests (or the owner) coming in and out through the side entrance at times.No Smoking on the propertyNo PetsNo more than the number of guests on the reservation are allowed on the property without pre-approval of the host.Guest House is off limitsPrivate / Gated parking is availableDamage Deposit or Damage Waiver Fee: A refundable damage deposit of $500 is required for all bookings. Alternatively, guests have the option to pay a non-refundable damage waiver fee of $35. This deposit or fee is intended to cover any damages or excessive cleaning costs incurred during your stay and will be returned or waived accordingly after inspection of the property upon checkout.
