You have lake toys at your disposal to play in the lake (a 2 person kayak and a stand up paddleboard), and when you want something different enjoy some ping pong, pool, air hockey, or arcade games in the game room. You can take an excursion to nearby Tugaloo State park where there is a beach, volley ball courts, nature trail, and putt putt course. As you relax in the evening after a full day enjoy the spectacular sunset over the lake. Then, roast marshmallows under the stars at the elegant outdoor fireplace and move inside to watch a movie on the big screen. After a busy day on the lake, relax in the 8 person hot tub with 70 jets!New owners have recently taken ownership and upgraded this already 5-star property. We have added a brand new luxury hot tub, upgraded AV equipment in the movie theater room, and theater recliner seating with tray tables for your popcorn.LAYOUTThere are 3 bedrooms, a loft, and 3 full bathrooms (one on each floor.) On the main floor, you will find a bedroom with a king size bed and a bedroom with a queen size bed. You will also find an incredible movie room with projector that provides for more sleeping space for groups.DOCKThe dock has room to tie up your own boat or rent one from the marina that is close by (Harbor Light.) The mud room has lots of things you can use to enjoy the lake–chairs, floats, life jackets, etc. There is also a hammock provided that you can hook up on the trees beside the outdoor fireplace.WATER DEPTHAs of February 2024 we have 10′ of water at our dock which is plenty for any size boat!Due to our positioning on the lake we are able to move our dock in and out and maintain this water depth.PATH TO DOCKThe distance down to the dock from the house is 254ft.You will leave our home with a feeling of fun, peace, relaxation and time well spent with family and friends.
