Mountain biking and hiking locations within minutes’ drive. Saco River provides outdoor recreation like canoeing, kayaking, tubing and rafting. Swimming, fishing could make this a perfect summer getaway.The spaceMAIN HOMEfeatures an open concept living / dining / kitchen area with wood floors radiant heat , wood burning fireplace, oversized windows for an incredible view of Mt Washington and the entire Presidential Range. Step outside on wrap around deck to enjoy the incredible view and breathe in the fresh air.Main level consists also of full bathroom with a laundry. Upper level consists of Master bedroom with a whirlpool tub for perfect relaxation mode, guest bedroom with one full bed and bunk beds. 2nd full bathroom is located on the upper level.A covered walkway will take you to a:GUEST COTTAGEwhich features living/ dining/ full kitchen/ full bathroom and a bedroom on main level and another room on the upper levelGuest accessGuests are provided with a code for entry in to the property.Parking is available on the property.Other things to noteWinter parking restrictions: limit 3-4 cars in driveway (pitched driveway).
