The Stonehurst Getaway | Central, Spacious & Fun!Located in the center of Mount Washington Valley. This spacious townhouse is 3 minutes from Canmore and downtown North Conway. Stonehurst Manor is quietly set back off the main road, so peace and quiet is one of its best qualities. The Wild Rose restaurant in 50 yards from the front door and has amazing dining/bar area. Attitash and Wildcat mountain are a short drive away. StoryLand is 10 minutes away as well. You and your family will create unbelievable memories at our home.This home has been a successful airbnb for years but has recently changed management and this is why we have few reviews. We have 2000+ 5 star reviews on other homes we manage however!Our rules are pretty simple. Treat our home as if it was yours.- Guest making the reservation must be over 25. All guests must be over 25 if not part of a family. This is non negotiable. Please do not book if everyone in your group is not 25+ years old.- No smoking or vaping in the house- No smoking on the deck- No fireworks or other illegal activities- No outside fires or fire pits- Parking is limited to 2 automobiles (No off-road or recreational vehicles.)- The number of guests requested on the booking is the max amount allowed to spend the night.- A rental agreement may be provided with more specific rules and information.- Quiet time is from 10pm-8am (inside and outside of the house)- NO loud music or noise will be tolerated- Respect the neighbors
