Bright and spacious, the house is a dedicated rental and is completely and fully-equipped. We have worked hard to create a welcoming place for all guests to enjoy.The large rooms are clean and finished to a high standard. They feature hardwood floors and premium soft furnishings such as Queen beds, 1800 thread count sheets, and memory foam mattresses. There’s a laundry room with washer and dryer for your convenience. Business travelers and visitors to the city will appreciate the high-speed internet, relaxing atmosphere, and convenient location. Families will love the Cable TV and spacious living spaces! This really is a home-from-home… and beyond!Clean bathrooms with fresh fluffy towels and soap are provided for your convenience. Please note: shampoo and conditioner are NOT provided.CLEANINGOur team of cleaners does their best to have the unit clean and sanitized for your arrival. If there’s any item that needs our attention, we will attempt to fix it right away! We can send a cleaner to the unit to fix it at no cost to you.PEST CONTROLBugs and pests are a pain! Especially here in Atlanta. Some bugs do not live inside the house but are quick to enter a home through an open door or cracked window. Please don’t worry, the Pest Control company that services our homes can be notified and will send someone to treat it.MAINTENANCEAll parts of the house such as appliances, plumbing will one time or another need the attention of our maintenance team, but we are here to help! Garbage disposals can get stuck, toilets might get clogged could stop working. Unfortunately, we can’t foresee these incidents but we can fix them!EARLY CHECK-IN: If available $50Note: We do not accept last minute bookings for guests without prior history.Guest accessGuest Access:You will have access to the whole house/ unit. If reserved, it will be available for you and your guests ONLY. If you don’t have the above, we’ll ask you to complete these items before accepting your request.– MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLDPETS:– We welcome pets in our home– Please be a responsible pet owner and note that while they are welcome to come, they should not be allowed on furniture or beddings due to difficulties in removing pet hair. Should this be violated, please expect a payment request for replacement/ professional cleaning– A non-refundable Pet Fee of $150 per pet will be charged +$150 per pet if you plan to bring 3 or more pets.EXTRA GUESTS:– We charge an extra guest fee of $19 per guest per night after the 6th guest– If you are planning to have visitors come by please know we cannot allow the number of guests to exceed 16 in compliance of the Party Ban– For visitors, we charge a one time fee of $29 per guest
