HOUSE RULES*** Any violation of the House Rules and/or Pet Rules may result in immediate termination of your booking without refund.***• No Smoking / Open Flames Indoors• No Unregistered Guests• No Parties or Events• Quiet Hours 10pm – 7am PET RULES• $75 Non-Refundable Pet Fee, 2 Pet Maximum Occupancy• All dogs MUST be crate trained and potty trained. (Crate not provided)• If being left on the property alone then all dogs MUST be crated.• Pets are NOT allowed on any of the furniture at any time.• Guest MUST ensure all feces (poop) is picked up and disposed of in the provided waste basket out back.• Guest MUST clean their pets paws when coming in from outside of the property (wipes are provided – inclement weather dependent).⏰ EARLY CHECK-IN & LATE CHECK OUT• Early Check-In: We’re happy to consider early check-ins on a case-by-case basis. We generally keep the house temperature 70°-72° F from 6am-8:30pm and 67°-69° F from 8:30pm-6am. There are also large egress windows in each bedroom for you to open as you wish.Each room also has their own thermostat for the electric baseboard heaters. CHILDPROOFINGGuest understands that no special efforts have been made to “childproof” this house and accepts the risk or harm to any children/infants we allow on the property.
