The Summit is conveniently located on Thomas Drive near numerous restaurants, shops and family entertainment venues. This well-maintained 2nd floor unit offers a convenient stairway access with no waiting for the elevators. Fully equipped to host your family or friends on a comfortable, sun-filled vacation. This condo offers a king bed in the bedroom, 2 full baths, two twin size bunk beds in the hallway and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests. The Summit has 3 large parking lots, tennis courts, basketball court, shuffleboard court, indoor gym, 4 pools, 3 hot tubs and dry saunas. Additionally, there is a gift shop/convenience store on-site, along with Bikini Bob’s Restaurant & Bar and a poolside tiki bar. NOT INCLUDED: A refundable security deposit of $200 (charged within 24-48 hours of your arrival date) and The Summit registration fee (paid upon arrival to the Homeowner’s Association in the lobby) is $20 and includes 1 parking pass & up to 5 property armbands. Extra parking pass $20.
