The Summit is centrally located on Thomas Drive near numerous restaurants, shops and family entertainment venues. This beautiful 8th floor unit offers an amazing gulf view from its beachfront balcony. Fully equipped kitchen with bar area, dining area, living room and separate bunk area and bedroom make for a very comfortable vacation. This condo offers a king bed in the bedroom, 1.5 baths, two twin size bunk beds in the hallway and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests. The Summit has 3 large parking lots, tennis courts, basketball court, shuffleboard court, indoor gym, 4 pools, 3 hot tubs and dry saunas. Additionally, there is a gift shop/convenience store on-site, along with Bikini Bob’s Restaurant & Bar and a poolside tiki bar.NOT INCLUDED: A refundable security deposit of $200 (charged within 24 hours of your arrival date) and The Summit Owner’s Association registration fee (paid upon arrival to the Summit Owner’s Association in the lobby) is $27 and includes 1 parking pass & up to 5 property armbands. Extra parking pass $27.
