The Summit is centrally located on Thomas Drive near numerous restaurants, shops and family entertainment venues. This excellent 7th floor unit offers an amazing gulf view from its wrap-around beachfront balcony. A large and fully equipped kitchen with bar area, dining area, living room and two bedrooms make for a very comfortable vacation. This condo offers a king bed in the master bedroom with a private bathroom. A second bedroom provides one full size and one twin bed, and the living room offers 2 queen size sofa sleepers. This unit comfortably accommodates up to seven guests. The Summit has 3 large parking lots, tennis courts, basketball court, shuffleboard court, indoor gym, 4 pools, 3 hot tubs and dry saunas. Additionally, there is a gift shop/convenience store on-site, along with Bikini Bob’s Restaurant & Bar and a poolside tiki bar.NOT INCLUDED: A refundable security deposit of $300 (charged within 24 hours of your arrival date) and The Summit Owner’s Association registration fee (paid upon arrival to the Summit Owner’s Association in the lobby) is $27 and includes 1 parking pass & up to 7 property armbands. Extra parking pass $27.
