The downstairs of a duplex, you’ll be right next to the yachting/sailing harbor and just a 2-min walk to the ocean with some of the nicest beaches in town. You will be in quiet area, but just a short stroll to all the action. You can even hear the waves breaking at night when the conditions are right!You will be in the heart of everything! Visit the bike & water sports rental at the end of the street and launch your paddle board or kayak right by the house. Take a pleasant bike ride on the ocean boardwalk to the Balboa “Fun Zone” and combine it with a ferry ride to Balboa Island for lunch. If you have little ones, “Mom’s beach” and Marina Park on the harbor is just around the corner. Surf classes are also offered at our beach.
