An awesome townhome just a short walk or bike ride to the best beaches on the island. 2BR 1.5 bath with a huge pool surrounded by majestic oak trees. Pool is right out back door. Pool house with magnetic darts, Ping Pong table, and Corn Hole. Quartz countertops, Carrera marble backsplash, under cabinet LED lighting. Completely remodeled and updated with a gorgeous walk in the shower. Other items available are a twin blow up matress and a queen pull out sofa. If you have little ones, there are toys in the closet and a portable high chair and a gate to block the upstairs if needed. Relaxing porch fully furnished with a gas grill.Pets considered. Walking distance to beach, pier, shopping, restaurants and more! I strive to make your visit an awesome experience. Each guest receives a gift upon arrival.
