We’ve designed our home with guests in mind.You’ll appreciate the architectural details of reclaimed post and beam construction, high vaulted aspen tree ceilings, and reclaimed heart of pine wood floors. And when the weather is chilly, cozy up the fireplace in the living room.For the Chefs of the family, the spacious gourmet kitchen will make preparing meals a joy. Outfitted with a SubZero fridge/freezer, Thermador gas stove/oven, Vitamix blender, and top of the line cookware and appliances. The large farmhouse sink is surrounded by local, hand cut sandstone countertops and custom cabinetry. The dining area has a large farm style table which seats 8 people comfortably.After a day of adventuring in the mountains, relax in the the BRAND NEW HOT TUB on the back porch. With comfortable seating for 4-5 people, it’s a perfect place to stretch out and enjoy views of Mounts Emmons or stargazing on most clear nights. Other guests will enjoy the master bathroom steam shower! Another great way to relax after a day in the mountains or a relaxing way to wake up in the morning:)Let Coal Creek lull you to sleep in the front upstairs bedroom, while views of Mount Crested Butte fill the windows of the third bedroom upstairs. A very unique full bathroom in true mountain decor is located upstairs between the 2 upstairs bedrooms.A full size washer and dryer, brand new full bath, and sleeping loft with a brand new queen bed are located adjacent to the kitchen. Guests in the sleeping loft can close the pocket barn door and enjoy complete privacy from the rest of the house. A private patio with deck furniture is a great place for breakfast in the warm months. The home is fully furnished and equipped for up to 8 people, with professional cleanings scheduled between all guests. Guests will have complete privacy and full access to the entire home during their stay.Sleeping Arrangements: To clarify for folks – We have a 3 bedroom, 1 sleeping loft home. 1 King bed in the master bedroom on the 1st floor, 1 Queen bed in each of the 2 upstairs bedrooms, 2 tri-fold memory foam mattress pads that can be setup on the floor of the upstairs bedrooms, 1 Queen sofa bed pull out in the living room, and 1 Queen bed in the sleeping loft off the kitchen. We provide all high end linens and bedding. The ladder to the sleeping loft is vertically built into the wall, so not ideal for older folks, but ideal for the athletic and for kids. We can sleep a maximum of 8 people on beds and floor mattresses, but the house is really ideal for 4 to 8 people.We are confident that you’ll find our home to be the relaxing mountain retreat you and your family have been looking for!**Please note** We have a No Cancellation Policy
