You will have the chance to sit by the fire pit or take a one block stroll to the Spanish Moss Trail. The Spanish Moss Trail, is a ten-mile paved path that follows the former Magnolia Rail Line through the best of South Carolina’s Lowcountry landscape. The trail starts in an old rail station near Depot Road and carries you over creeks, through expansive wetlands, and amid stately neighborhoods shaded by live oaks thick with the iconic Spanish moss. This home is the perfect spot to enjoy all that Beaufort has to offer. Being conveniently located downtown and a short distance to Parris Island no matter what brings you to Beaufort you will be close to it. This is a great spot for Parris Island Graduations!This is a three bedroom private home nestled in a beautiful neighborhood with a gorgeous live oak in the front yard. It has a full kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, Keurig as well as washer and dryer. One bedroom has a queen bed. One bedroom has a King bed. While the final bedroom has a twin bed with a twin trundle bed. The couch is a sofa sleeper and can easily be pulled out to maximize the capacity of the home.
