Close to everything Charleston has to offer – Avondale food and nightlife scene, the Angel Oak, King Street and downtown, Folly Beach, James Island, West Ashley shopping- yet it feels like a spa retreat. This is a ranch style home with an additional 750 square-foot bedroom with en-suite bathroom constructed in 2016. Guests have access to the entire property. There is parking for several cars in the driveway and street parking is available. There are washer/dryers for your use during your stay. At the same time, Avondale is just over the bridge from all that downtown Charleston has to offer. The neighborhood is walkable and bikable to coffee shops, dessert bars (yes!), restaurants and more. 10 minutes or less to downtown, 15 minutes to the airport, 20 to Folly Beach and 25 minutes to Sullivan’s Island Beach.
