Views to die for:This is a 2-story home that was totally rebuilt in 2017 and features a private lower unit, which is what you are renting.It is located on a bluff in Pacific Beach, adjacent to La Jolla and 1.2-miles from the beach (and no crazy traffic on my street)!The unit has its own private entrance with two bedrooms, one full bath, washer and dryer, kitchen and a full living room (it is completely private from the upstairs unit).It can sleep 6 people (two in each bedroom plus a queen sleeper couch in the living room).There are three outside spaces with unbelievable, unobstructed 180° views from downtown San Diego to La Jolla. One deck has a sitting area with a dining table that seats six, two chaise lounges, outdoor heater and a BBQ. The second deck features a luxurious spa, while the third deck is an outside covered extension of the living room. Outdoor spaces are 420 friendly (but no smoking inside the unit, please).There are three HD televisions with DirecTV in every room. The home also features heat and air conditioning .The unit comes completely stocked, all you need to do is stop by the store on the way to stock the refrigerator, and don’t forget your toothbrushes, everything else is taken care of.Must see to believe — this is without a doubt one of the nicest rentals in Pacific Beach if you want peace and quiet with unmatched whitewater views that’s 1.2-miles from the ocean (that way, you don’t have to deal with the boardwalk crowd, sounds, smells and chaos).There is plenty of street parking, so renters are asked to please park your vehicles on the street (no parking in the driveway, please).Feel free to ask us any questions. Thank you.Please note: We also rent the upstairs portion of the home, which is completely private and locked off from downstairs. Upstairs has its own private gated entrance at the street, and private entry door. When tenants are in residence upstairs, we do not rent the downstairs unit and vise versa — if the downstairs is rented, we do not rent the upstairs unit. But, this is my primary residence, so, often, when there are guests downstairs, I am living upstairs. When I have guests downstairs, you have private use of the patio, deck, BBQ and spa — and my goal is to provide you with complete privacy during your stay.ALSO: This is not a party house. If you are planning on coming to Pacific Beach and partying into the wee hours of the morning, please look elsewhere. This is a quiet residential neighborhood and my neighbors are not shy about complaining when guests are partying after hours.
