It was built in 1939 for Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Bryant. As owners of McKown’s Market, the Bryants worked downtown and raised their family in this quaint cottage. Lovingly restored, the sensitive and sustainable renovation has maintained a cottage feel with all the modern conveniences in a fantastic downtown location.The majestic hand carved Mahogany 4 Post king-sized bed along with high quality bedding and down comforters creates a romantic, elegant Master Bedroom that is spacious and inviting. The Living Room has views of 50 year old azalea bushes planted by Mrs. Bryant in the front garden. A leather sectional couch provides a comfortable resting area for guests. The open floor plan allows viewing of the 40″ LED Smart TV from the Kitchen, Living and Dining Rooms. The sparkling new eat in gourmet Kitchen overlooks the private back yard and has all the amenities including brand new appliances with washer and dryer. A modern spa inspired Bath Room has tile, marble, inlaid pebble stone and a walk in shower with fresh fluffy towels provided. The bright and sunny Dining Room has windows on 3 walls, French doors and a dining table that seats 6 with a picturesque view that lets you enjoy Florida’s natural beauty while you dine.A lush tropical yard with mango, avocado and loquat trees, sweet smelling jasmine and frangipani surround a fire pit to warm up to or lounge about for sunbathing and enjoying the beautiful Florida climate.
