With accommodations for up to 14 guests, a private hot tub, and every bedroom featuring its own bathroom, this home is sure to be your new favorite spot. Enjoy quick access to all Waterville has to offer with an unbeatable location. You will be at the base of Tripoli Rd, Town Square is a short walk away, and a shuttle stop is at the end of the driveway! Your ideal mountain retreat starts here!This tastefully updated, open concept home features lots of natural light and room for all your family and friends. You will have space for your whole crew with 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms (all with a shower!), and two living rooms spread across 3 levels of living. After a long day you can fire up the grill, shoot some pool, or kick back by the Solo fire pit.Please use caution when entering the driveway, particularly in inclement weather. The driveway is on a slope from the road down towards the house.In an effort to protect our property and our guests while you are staying with us, we have 3 security cameras on the outside of our home. They are all visible and located near the 3 doors.
