The lower level consists game room with beautiful flooring, wet bar and gas stone fireplace. along with 2 bedrooms and a full baths and a walk-out to you lower level patio and a large outdoor gas fire pit with plenty of seating and gorgious 250 feet of sandy shoreline with your own private beach, covered boat dock with lift.
