Built in the early 1800’s, located in the Historic District of Geneva, just steps from Hobart and William Smith College and the beginning of the Seneca Lake Wine Trail.Historic 1st story apartment; 3 bedrooms, which includes a bonus library/bedroom w/ sofa bed and trundle bed; 1 King bedroom; 1 Bedroom w 2 twin beds that can be combined to a make 1 King bed. AC installed in bedrooms only, doors must remained closed when in use.1 bathroom (shower, no tub), 1 rollaway bed (additional fee), sleeps 7 people max.A gorgeous space to host a small dinner party, brunch, bridal party, or celebration!
