Walk across the street for a uniquely crafted beverage at RND Coffee or treat yourself to dinner & a cocktail at Bloom wine & tapas just next door.We operate under the business name Stay Roanoke.This unit requires you to climb 2 sets of stairs to gain entry.Quiet hours are from 10pm – 8am. Please note the age of this home means thinner walls and creaky floors. Please have respect for your fellow guests and refrain from loud noises during quiet hours.Security deposit of $1000 required on all 30+ day reservations. Please message us for details.We require all guests to sign a rental agreement prior to check in. Updated from top to bottom, you will have the modern comforts of wi-fi, smart TV, new appliances & keyless access all with the historic charm this 1930s home effortlessly boasts.Street parking is free and plentiful. There is normally a spot available immediately in front of the property or within a one block distance. Public bus access is located adjacent to the property. There are bike rental options available one block away at Roanoke Mountain Adventures as well as uber & lyft. The greenway is located one block away connecting to Downtown as well as the Mill Mountain trail system providing options for both transportation and recreation.
