The Woodburn Bungalows is a turn of the century, renovated home and has everything you need to feel cozy and comfortable.This 4-bedroom, 1 bathroom home was built in 1924 and is called a “story-and-a-half”, which means is that each bedroom is on a different level. The main level features the kitchen, living room, dining room, and one bathroom. *Please note: the bathroom includes a deep soaking tub and a shower. For some with mobility issues, the soaking tub can be a challenge. However, it is lined with non-slip mats and the 2 steps leading into the tub also have non slip liners.* The gourmet kitchen has a pot filler faucet next to a six-burner gas stove. It also includes new stainless steel appliances, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and all the utensils, cookware, and spices you need for a home-cooked meal. The remodeled bathroom has a deep soaking tub.Each bedroom has its own level. Two bedrooms have a short flight of stairs going up from the main level and two bedrooms have a short flight of stairs going down from the main level. Each bedroom has a queen bed. The garden-level queen room has French doors opening to the patio.Downstairs is a spacious utility room with a new, front-loading washer and dryer. The owner supplies laundry soap, fabric sheets, an iron and ironing board for your convenience.This home is the perfect getaway for family and friend getaways, business/conference events at The Broadmoor, and other events such as The Fallen Fireman Memorial.
