Welcome to Vista, California! The climate is considered to be temperate all year round.This beautiful guest home is located in an established neighborhood of Vista and centrally located to a variety of attractions, such as Legoland, Seaworld, Disneyland, Wild-Animal Park, San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, and more! Easy access to freeways (Hwy 78, 5, 15), shopping (Frazier Farms, Albertsons, Sprouts, Starbucks), dining and entertainment, and about 10 miles to the closest beaches in Carlsbad or Oceanside. Public transportation is also readily available via the Sprinter (North County Light Rail) and the Coaster/Amtrak train.This guest house is approximately 600 square feet on private property in close proximity to the main house, which the owners (a married couple) live in. The guest home comfortably sleeps two people. It has a separate bedroom with a queen size bed, a bathroom with a full size shower but no tub, a functional kitchen with a gas range/oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and dishwasher, wi-fi internet, Roku, and indoor laundry facilities. It includes a private patio with two chairs. There is adequate parking for a maximum of 2 cars to park in the driveway directly in front of the guest house.This is a NO SMOKING and/or VAPING property.
