We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.If you would like to add pool heating (and/or hot tub heat) to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week’s notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool.The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash off the screen and into the pool, which may cause it to appear slightly discolored.Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Kindly keep in mind that late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. We have a propane tank in the house that can be taken to fill up and used during the stay. We cannot guarantee the tank will be full upon arrival.There is absolutely NO smoking and NO drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere (inside or outside) on the property.We can accommodate a maximum of 16 guests at any given time. It’s for your own comfort and the sanity of our cleaners :)The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age & must be one of the guests staying at the property.No third party bookings allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form.Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form.Number of vehicles on property should never exceed (4) per reservation. Up to (4) cars may park in the driveway. Parking on the street is only permitted on one side of the street as marked with existing signage – this is not for overnight parking. Parking on thestreet should not infringe on the ingress and egress of any surroundinghomes.Please wipe shoes at the door. It is preferred that shoes are removed indoors when possible, so we can keep the place clean for you and the next guests!Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am. Also, keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time.No fireworks of any kind.No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle.Follow additional guidelines posted within the home.Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure.Report damages immediately.We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of ANY of these rules.
