(amenity list below)When guests arrive at our home, the most common first reaction is “woah”.Upon entering, you will walk into a beautifully remodeled, open-concept living room/dining room & kitchen suite.Guests then typically walk out the back door to check out the large lanai with the heated saltwater pool, outdoor lounge & covered dining area. This is stocked with all of the floaties & pool toys you’ll need during your stay.If traveling with young kids, you’ll normally then walk to the “bunk bed” room where your kids will be greeted with a closet full of toys & shelves full of books. Since these are not your toys from home, your kids should be well entertained :)From there, feel free to drop off your suitcase in the King bedroom (conveniently located on the opposite side of the house) and check out the beautifully tiled master bath with a rain shower head.We offer two bunk beds (4 twin beds), a queen bed, and a king bed.What sets our home apart?The little things:- Many Florida homes have tile floors, ours are luxury plank flooring meaning less owies if your little ones fall.- An open-concept living room, kitchen & dining space to create memories with your family.- The Master bedroom is private, on the opposite end from the other bedrooms.- We provide bikes w/ a trailer, strollers & all of the amenities you need to enjoy your stay with your family.- Mattress protectors on every bed in case your little one has an accident.- Fragrance-free & environmentally friendly products are used whenever possible.The big things:- Travelers don’t frequently think of traffic as a concern. Our property is nearly directly in the center of Cape Coral, making travel to any destination easier.- Within 5 miles, you will find everything you need from grocery stores, coffee shops, parks with a splash pad, and one of the main bridges to bring you to Fort Myers.- The pool area is completely screened in and has a covered dining area which helps to keep the temperature noticeably cooler during the day.- Highly sought-after western exposure in the pool area which gives beautiful sunsets.- Wifi throughout the house & pool area.- We have a full laundry room with a full-sized washer & dryer.Your visit to the beaches will be more enjoyable knowing we provide a beach cart, umbrellas, chairs & beach toys.The Serenity BNB is situated in a beautiful & quiet neighborhood that is two turns away from a main road & 3 turns from one of the main bridges to Fort Myers. There will be zero tolerance for loud music or loud/disruptive guests.
