A flatscreen TV is provided to catch the big game or have a relaxing movie night. In the adjacent dining area, a granite-topped table has seating for six beside a stunning beach triptych. It’s the perfect spot for a relaxed meal with fellow vacationers. The open kitchen is large and spacious, featuring white cabinetry, black granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a tiled backsplash. The kitchen island offers additional counter space and serves as a breakfast bar with five saddle-topped stools.The bedrooms are spread across all three levels of the condo, ensuring privacy for guests. One guest bedroom is located on the first floor. It includes a queen-size bed, full-size bunk, coastal-inspired furnishings and décor, and a wall-mounted TV. The second-floor guest bedroom is well-appointed with a king-size bed, mini fridge, coffee maker, full-length mirror, and access to a full hall bath. The primary bedroom and final guest bedroom are on the top floor. Each has a king-size bed, sunny window, flatscreen TV, and ensuite bath with tub/shower combo.A spiral staircase leads to a rooftop terrace with 360-degree views. The deck is furnished with outdoor tables and chairs, creating the perfect setting for spending quality time with family and friends. Snack on tasty appetizers and sip your favorite cocktail while soaking up the sun and taking in the views. Another perk of staying at Thirty Blu is access to the refreshing swimming pool and sundeck. A BBQ grill and picnic tables make it easy to prepare a poolside meal for your fellow guests. When you’re not relaxing indoors, lounging on the rooftop, or splashing in the pool, head to the sugary beach, which is less than a seven-minute walk from the condo.
