Our condo is located on the 5th floor directly on the sugar-white sands and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Inside this 1770 sq/ft condo is 3 bedrooms and 3 baths (plus sofa sleeper) that have been tastefully decorated in a rustic coastal flavor. The open floor plan includes a spacious kitchen with all new appliances, granite counter tops, a breakfast nook with seating for 6 and amazing views of the entire peninsula.The kitchen looks into the dining room and living room and onward to the 360 sq/ft terrace that overlooks the pool and then the white sandy beaches and turquoise green ocean that awaits your visit. The dining room has seating for 6 and there is also 3 stools for additional seating at the bar. The living room can easily accommodate seating for 6 to sit back and relax in the evening after those long sunny days to watch a movie, a game or a little tv on the 55 inch LCD. The couch can be converted into a queen sofa sleeper to accommodate those extra guest needing a place to lie down for the night.The spacious terrace has lounge seating for 4 and table seating for an additional 4. The terrace/balcony provides astonishing views of the entire peninsula, which includes the sound, the bridge, the gulf’s longest pier, the largest pool in Navarre and of course the ocean. The views are just breathtaking and a great place for that morning coffee or evening glass of wine.
