There is a large greenbelt beside the home that provides a generous space to play catch, picnic, let the little ones run around, play on jungle gym, or for taking walks.The home has a Casita (mother-n-law suite) on the main floor with a queen bed, its own full bath, plus a private sitting room. Quite a cozy space with private entrance. The main floor has two living rooms, one off the kitchen area (50in. smart tv) and the other in the great room (55in smart tv). The fully stocked kitchen has an abundance of counter space, walk in pantry and stainless steel appliances with views of the backyard oasis. This kitchen is perfect for the individual who loves to cook for a few or many as it has an array of kitchen gadgets and appliances. A powder bath can be found on the first floor as well.The upstairs master bedroom has a queen bed and private full bath with double sinks, walk in shower, soaking tub and spacious walk in closet.
