It is equipped with a barbecue grill, lounge furniture, an umbrella, a private sun deck, and a Jacuzzi by Sundance Spa. Enjoy breathtaking sunrises, sunbathe on the private deck, and unwind in the Jacuzzi while taking in the spectacular sunsets and 360-degree views of Los Angeles.The three grand bedrooms, each beautifully decorated with luxurious bedding, are located one level below the living room. The master bedroom boasts a California king-sized bed, a 52-inch HD Flat Screen TV, and a private master bathroom with a whirlpool tub and a double-size shower with massaging shower heads. Two other guest bedrooms, uniquely decorated, offer soft queen beds and share a bathroom with a shower/tub combination.High-speed internet and cable TV are included, and an optional queen-size air mattress can be set up in the living room for additional guests. The property is enclosed with an 8-foot fence for maximum safety, and a garage parking spot is provided (please note size restrictions).With central AC and heating, as well as a cozy fireplace, this home ensures your comfort regardless of the season.A garage parking spot that fits one car is included. Walk or bike to Marina Del Rey, Main Street Santa Monica and Rose Avenue which are all blossoming with new shops and restaurants are also just minutes away. The garage parking spot is included.The house has its own access gates and walkways. Our long-term tenant is living in the cottage on the street front of the same property, so technically you share the same yard but in reality, you won’t even see each other since each house has its walkway and gate.
