This spacious two-bedroom condo gives families and guests a separate place to visit and relax while little ones nap behind closed doors. The unit is fully equipped with household essentials like basic cookware, linens, and a washer and dryer. Our spacious two-bedroom condos give families and guests a separate place to visit and relax while little ones nap behind closed doors. Each unit will sleep up to 6-guests with 2-king beds, a pull-out sofa sleeper, 3-TV’s, 2-full baths, and are fully equipped with household essentials like basic cookware, linens, and a washer and dryer.Please note, you must be 21 years of age to rent this property.Resort Fees and Parking• Resort Fee for each unit is $50 which includes a parking pass for one vehicle, wristbandsand dog sleeves. A second vehicle parking pass may be purchased for a fee of $30. There isa two vehicle limit per unit• Parking passes, along with wristbands, can be obtained at the parking registration desk inthe lobby of Tower 2• Passes must be displayed with information visible in the front windshield of the vehicle.Towing is strictly enforced for vehicles that are not registered or not displaying parking pass• Parking is located in the parking levels 2-5 in Tower 2, the stand along parking garage westof Tower 2, between Tower 2 and the standalone parking garage and north and east ofTower 2 unless otherwise marked.• Fifteen minute parking is available for loading and unloading• Handicap parking is in the front of Tower 1, in the garage of Tower 1, in the stand alonegarage and on each floor of Tower 2 parking levels 2-5• Vendors are to park between Tower 2 and the stand alone parking garage and must get avendor pass.• Trailers, scooters, micro cars and golf carts are not allowed to be parked on the property
