We’ve had a few instances where there were large parties so the camera was installed to monitor these situations both for the safety of our guests and the hosts.CONSTRUCTION: There is occasionally planned public street improvements in the neighborhood which can temporarily affect power and water services. Hosts are normally given adequate warning and will let you know prior to any service disruptions. However emergency repairs are possible. As for residential construction, a city ordinance of San Diego prohibits residential construction between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Should you hear any noise during those dates, please be sure to contact the host ASAP so we can cite the offenders. Outside of those dates, there may be intermittent noise from construction during the day in the neighborhood.This unit has parking right in front of the suite!! Once you park, you can just walk most everywhere. Bikes are available to rent just up the street. But walking is just fine if you want to concentrate on beach time.A car is helpful if you want to get to the farther attractions in San Diego such as LegoLand and the Safari Park or if you have a child that needs a car seat.Otherwise, the best way to get around is to use Uber/Lyft/Bird Scooters/and Lime Bikes… Combining these services is fun and affordable!
