You can vacation in this lovely village duplex house within walking distance from the picturesque village of Camden Maine. It is an easy stroll to village shops, restaurants and waterfront. For the more active type, a short ride will get you to Camden Hills State Park for hiking and Megunticook Lake for swimming.There is wonderful flow on 1st floor from room-to-room including an open family room/kitchen space, with flat screen TV. It has a very bright, well-equipped, kitchen including all new appliances microwave, dishwasher, Viking gas stove, two ovens, coffee maker, blender, pots and pans. A cook and entertainers delight, fitted out with stone counter tops and an island with stools. There is also a more formal dining room for up to 6 guests.Upstairs you will find two-bedrooms, a lovely master bedroom with new queen size bed and guest room with two twin beds which converts to a king size bed if desired. The large sunny full bath has glassed in tiled shower and two individual sinks and stackable laundry.The house has a breezy front porch for sitting as well as an off the kitchen back deck with gas grill umbrella and chairs overlooking a shared yard with gardens and patio with table and chairs for eating al fresco. The house is furnished with tasteful decor and lovely furniture–all thoughtfully picked by the owners. This is a much beloved family home and a perfect spot to base your vacation in Maine.
