In the common room/office there is a queen pull out couch. This tastefully furnished home is set with a full kitchen, beach essentials, an outdoor shower, and the comforts of home, including linens and towels. The village of Niantic features a boardwalk along L.I. Sound, restaurants with outdoor dining, ice cream, and charming shops. Across from Crescent Beach is ‘The Stand,’ which serves a variety of fresh meals just steps away from your oasis. There is a coffee maker, Keurig machine, washer & dryer, and kitchen needs.
