Situated on 3 private acres at the top of an end-state-maintenance road with streams and hiking paths, the property exemplifies the beauty and diversity of the Blue Ridge Mountains. A huge fenced dog pen and cozy dog house make it possible to travel in style with the whole furry fam, while outdoor deck seating makes it feel like a treehouse gathering. Why be square?!The spaceThese 3 private acres abut a 200 acre neighboring piece, so although there is another rental yurt unit on the property, it is still very quiet and private. Downtown Floyd is 20 minutes, and Virginia Tech is 30. The yurt has yet another yurt attached to it that is also yours alone, and the space in total sleeps 8 easily and comfortably. There is one bathroom, with a lovely custom-shower and toilet with a bidet.
