The living area is very open with a combination living room/dining room and kitchen with a large granite top breakfast bar. The kitchen features a Viking stove and subzero refrigerator/freezer. The second floor includes one bedroom and full bathroom.On the third floor is the oceanfront primary bedroom suite with setting area. Primary bedroom has en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and double sinks. There are two additional bedrooms on this floor joined by a center bathroom between them. This shared bathroom has a tub/shower combination with single sink.The top floor (4th floor) includes a large game room and one bedroom with a full bath. Game room has a large flat screen TV, wet bar, pool table and opens up to another ocean front sundeck. It doesn’t get any better than this!Notes: TV in every bedroom, WIFI, washer, dryer, gas grill (propane tanks may be exchanged during regular business hours), exterior beach shower, linens included.
