You might choose to sip a cool drink on one of the large porches and watch the boats go by or drive into downtown Gloucester or nearby Rockport to explore shops, restaurants, waterfront, and a vibrant arts scene. Either way, you’ll enjoy the perfect summer escape!GROUND FLOORLiving Room /Dining Room: The L-shaped living room has multiple seating areas and a flat-screen TV as well as access to the large back porch overlooking the river.Dining Room: The dining room is open to the living room and offer access to the screened side porch and to the kitchen. Kitchen: The galley kitchen is well-equipped and recently updated.Bathroom 1: A half bath, off of the kitchen.Sleeping porch: The back porch has an enclosed section with a trundle bed for sleeping amid the cool river breezes.SECOND FLOORBedroom 1: The Master bedroom contains a King bed and has river views, and a AC unit.Bedroom 2: This room contains a Full bed.Bedroom 3: One twin (single) bed.Bathroom 2: Full bathroom with a shower/tub combo.EXTERIORSwim and kayak from the property or even fish off the deepwater dock, which can accommodate boats up to 18′ and has a ladder on the side to make it easy to get in and out of the river for a refreshing swim.
