Located just across the street from East Sandwich Beach with an association easement to a private beach 100 yards from your door. Both of the bedrooms have full-sized beds. One bedroom has lovely views of the salt marsh with a slider that leads to the back deck. Enjoy the wonderful cross breezes from the ocean air. Great deck to enjoy the ever-changing and peaceful views of the marsh. Shared association with 11 others in a horseshoe loop on North Shore Blvd. 1 dog ok.Bedroom 1 – Double bedBedroom 2 – Double BedPLUS single bed mattress in the loft for additional sleepingSheets are included.
