Tide Mill Cottage – Luxury Home on Nonesuch RiverThis cozy cottage blends vintage aesthetic, luxury décor, and modern convenience. On a private drive next to a tidal river, the house sits amongst fruit trees and wildlife. The beach is just 5 minutes away! The home is well appointed with all kitchenware and linens. On the first floor, the studio-style layout has one bed that enjoys views of the river. There is a full bath with tile shower and full-size laundry. The second floor loft-style bedroom offers two more beds. We partner with a local activity rental company that can bring you bikes, kayaks, canoes, paddle boards, and even sailboats! There is also a local surf shop with rentals and lessons available right next door. With an attached garage, the cottage has plenty of room to keep your vacation adventure toys or two cars. Conveniently located just 15 minutes from the jetport, historic Old Port, fun Old Orchard Beach, and seven additional public beaches, this is a fantastic home base for your Vacationland getaway!
