Full Bath.Unit has Bunk Beds, sleeps 2 Bunk Area also has a 32 Inch TV mounted to wall for children to play games, or watch their own shows. This unit is ideal for a family of 4 but we do have two air-beds in the unit that can be set-up in the LRLiving room 52 Inch TV, Table that seats 6 and a bar area that sits 4.Kitchen has Stove- Microwave -Ref with Crushed Ice -Blender-Toaster-Coffee Maker-Pots-Pans-Glasses-Silverware-Plates-Bowls etc.PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED!!, No Smoking.There is a $35+tax fee paid directly to Tidewater when you pre-register for Parking and Security wristbands. The fee is $45+tax if you register for your parking pass, and security bracelets on site. You will receive a link to pre-register along with your codes at least 5-7 days before your arrival date.We require $200 to reserve the condo, the balance will be due 15 days before your scheduled arrival date.We do not require damage deposit, we include a fee in your ‘Total Price’ that takes care of your damage deposit. If we re-book the property, we will refund the rental fee for each day we are able to fill, less a $100 cancellation fee. Check-in is 4:00PM Check-out is 10:00AMNote of safety precaution!!!Please be careful if you have small children when exiting the front door. Never open the front door when the balcony door is open. The wind at the beach creates an enormous pull, and the pressure behind the door could seriously injure a child or small adult.
