Welcome to Tiffany Place on Anna Maria Island! With so many wonderful restaurants to choose from and plenty of shopping, Anna Maria is the ultimate vacation destination to escape the cold northern weather. This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 full bath condo has been totally remodeled in a coastal inspired décor, is meticulouslyclean and organized, and is new to the market and ready for renting. Tiffany Place is a great complex which sits directly on the wide and expansive Holmes Beach, has a beautiful heated resort pool and an elevator for easy access. This condo is in the courtyard and looks at two gorgeous palm trees that offer great privacy. There are views of the gulf from the outdoor balcony and the primary bedroom. Everything you need is here! Pack some clothes and come to the beach! The condo is fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans and every kitchen appliance you could need. House and beach towels, washer and dryer, 2 TV’s, and WIFI are included. Morning walks on the beach with a cup of coffee? Yes! Watching the sunset with a cold beverage? Yes! We provide beach chairs and umbrellas to make your beach time as relaxing as possible. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and the guest room has 2 double beds. There is a 4 person adult maximum staying in the condo and we require a 2 week minimum stay. Welcome to Anna Maria Island!
