This 4 bedroom & den, 3 bath air conditioned home is 300 yards from Tiger Tail beach. It has it’s own private tennis, pickle ball, bocce, basketball, and shuffleboard courts. The oversized, screened in lanai has a heated pool, Spa & summer kitchen. 12 ft. high hedges provide complete privacy. Additional features include a formal dining room, great room with entertainment center, (large flat screen smart TV) & lanai, and well equipped kitchen.All bedrooms have an overhead light with 3 speed fans, flat screen TVs and DVD players. The den is equipped with a high speed internet connection and the spacious master suite has been completely refurnished.There is a pool alarm in place for your safety. All sporting equipment (bikes, tennis rackets, basketball, four sets of golf clubs, bocce, pickle ball and shuffleboard equipment, life preservers and pool toys) are included and the laundry room has a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.We’ve tried to think of everything to make this home ideally suited for a perfect family vacation or to share with friends, including access to a local property manager to address any problems that may arise.
