While the Tiki is located in a very quiet area on a secluded beach area, it is within a five minute walk to shopping and restaurants. Recent updates include new kitchen, vaulted ceilings, wood floors, a guest bathroom and improved covered deck. The sugar sand beach, the sunny days and the gentle currents of the Gulf make this home one of the most popular rentals on Anna Maria. The large, open deck has the perfect vantage point to watch the kids on the beach or the dolphins playing in the water. It features both an open area where you can sunbathe and a covered area to get out of the sun if you like. Either way, it’s a great place to take in the breathtaking sunsets.The amenities at the Tiki include a washer and dryer, BBQ grill, a wine cooler and a stereo; a new 58″ flat screen television in the living room, a 50″ in the master bedroom and 20″ televisions the guest bedrooms.The Tiki sleeps six people with a king size bed, a queen size bed and full size bed with a twin trundle. It can be rented in conjunction with the Valhalla next door for groups up to 21 people or Franks Beach House on the other side for groups up to 27.One small pet less than 25 pounds is allowed with a $150.00 non-refundable pet fee.The Tiki is a one week minimum rental.Beach chairs, Beach towels and an umbrella are provided for you.Parking is limited to three vehicles.You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
