The yard is fully fenced to ease your mind with furry friends and kids.Let’s go to the beach! Load up the wagon with the provided beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, body boards, and sand toys. The beach is a short 10 minute walk. Don’t want to walk? No problem, you can buy a beach pass for $10 and drive right onto the beach! An outdoor shower will help you rinse the sand off when you get back to the house.Spend some time hanging out under the house and enjoy your favorite music with the bluetooth speaker or relax in the one of the hanging hammock chairs. Keep your drinks chilled with the cooler while you play a game of cornhole or Spikeball. If cooking outside is your style, there is a charcoal grill provided.There are four smart TVs throughout the house to let you stream your favorite shows/movies with our high speed internet.The home features local small business inspirations including FIKA coffee, Anna Louise hand soap, Maceo spices, and Smitty Mitts dog treats. Linens, towels, beach towels, bathroom amenities, and cooking essentials are all provided.Dogs are welcome at The Lobster Shack. You will find Smitty Mitts dog treats, food/water bowls, dog towels, waste bags to keep it clean, and a cozy dog bed. Please make sure you include your pet when you book and we will make sure these amenities are ready for you!Have kids? No problem, you will find a step stool, space saver high chair, night lights, books, and puzzles. For the adults there are several board games and puzzles!In the kitchen you will find everything you need from your first cup of coffee using the Keurig K-Duo coffee maker (K-cups or drip) to your evening meal with pots/pans/spices/oil.The house is professionally cleaned, sanitized, and restocked after each stay.Please make sure to enter the total number of guests and if applicable, dogs to ensure all amenities are prepared for your stay. We cannot wait to host your vacation!Bad Weather: Refunds will be made for mandatory hurricane evacuation/tropical depressions that are in the Gulf of Mexico heading towards the Bolivar Peninsula. If you are on site when this occurs, we will ask you to vacate as soon as possible and a partial refund for days not used will be refunded immediately. If this occurs prior to your arrival we will refund 100%. We can not guarantee sunny weather during your stay. Pop up rain storms happen and they are out of our control.
