It is a comfortable 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath house with private swimming pool with a slide and private hot tub all surrounded by 5 acres of pure Texas country! The pool has a large area to soak in the sun, covered dining and a firepit area to make smores or have a glass of wine under the amazing Texas stars. Many wonderful spots to take some fantastic photos of your Texas ranch vacation. This is the place to build memories!Lovely single story home with high ceilings. All bedrooms and bathrooms are all on the ground floor and all rooms have a smart TV. Four of the five bedrooms has an attached bathroom.Bedroom 1 : King Bed with flat screen TV and ensuite bathroomBedroom 2: Queen Bed with flat screen TV and ensuite bathroomBedroom 3: Queen Bed with flat screen TV and attached Jack n Jill bathroomBedroom 4: Queen Bed with flat screen TV and attached Jack n Jill bathroomBedroom 5: Queen Bed with flat screen TVKitchen is fully stocked with dishes, glasses. silverware, pots and pans.Swimming pool and hot tub are private to only the guests staying at the house.Guests have 24/7 keyless access to the property… no need to meet anyone for keys.Your phone is turned into your key by using the August Smart Lock App or use a 4 digit code. The code will be the last 4 numbers of the cell phone on the reservation.Please download the app with the instructions sent immediately after booking.The key will not show up in the app until the property is ready for check in and will light up when in front of the property front door.I am available via the messaging app.This is a 5 acre ranch in the middle of North Texas just an hour from Dallas! Get ready for peaceful country living and some of the most beautiful night skies you have ever seen! There are some neighbors far off and music should never be loud enough to bother them. This is a ranch, so please expect some Texas wildlife!You will need a car! It is possible to have deliveries from Amazon and Walmart… but you are out in the country on a private 5 acres.Any guests over 20 people is considered an Event. You will need prior approval for any events. There is a $1000 surcharge for any events. Please note that we do monitor how many guests arrive at the property. Should more than 20 guests arrive, you will be charged $1000 plus a $500 penalty if prior authorization was not given.For longer stays, supplies such as toilet paper and paper towels will not be replenished during the stay.Housekeeping is available during stays at an additional cost.See more
