Nearby paved trails offer both hiking and biking adventures for you and your family. Nearby parks will allow you to get outdoors and get some exercise while visiting Phoenix. This home is pet friendly to dogs with a fully enclosed backyard so bring your 4 legged family member with you!The Space:Three bedroom 2 bath main house with a Queen size air mattress sleeps 8.Guest Access:Parking available in driveway as well as in oversize 2 car garage available for guest use throughout their stay.The Neighborhood:North Phoenix near Highway 51 and CactusOther Things to Note:City of Phoenix Short-Term Rental Operating Permit Number STR-2024-001974We can no longer accommodate early check in or late check out. We tried it and found it to be too disruptive to our operation. The locks, the cleaners and our maintenance personnel all work on an automated schedules based on our published check-in time and check out times. Sorry :(There is an RV on the side of the house that rents out separately. Guests in the RV will not access any portion of the house, the backyard or the pool. The RV Guests will use their own separate driveway. You can add the RV to your rental for $80/night if you want total privacy assuming it is not already reserved.If there are any issues upon arrival or during your stay, guest is required to contact the host and give them the opportunity to cure any issues before leaving a negative review or asking for a discounted stay.Please do not remove the pool cleaner from the pool or the pool heater may cease to operate correctlyThis property has a driveway camera that is remotely viewable and records upon seeing motion. The camera is not actively monitored but acts as a safety device to track and record who enters and exits the home should there ever be an issue. This camera is very conspicuous and is the only camera located at this property.
