Welcome home to beautiful Rotonda West! Concerning the recent storm damage from Hurricane Ian. There is a long road ahead for our area to recover. But Southwestern Florida needs the support of visitors to our area. We make no guarantee that your best fishing area, challenging golf course, beautiful sandy beaches, or favorite eatery will be the same for a while but we will get there.We were very fortunate in our neighborhood and with our own home we experienced roof damage and lanai screens needed to be replaced. These repairs are currently underway.Prior to the recent storms we had made some improvements to our outside lanai area with adding to our patio furniture. We have a glass top rattan table with seating for 8.For those who love to soak up the Florida sun we have 5 Chaise Lounge Chairs and have recently added a Rattan Love Seat.Additional chairs available for the deck off of the lanai and a small grassy area by the canal for additional sun bathing opportunities.To help to ensure a nice temperature for the use of your private pool. We have added a pool heater. This way you can still have a comfortable dip in the pool for Fall and most of the winter months. With the rising cost of electricity there is an additional fee to our guest to heat our pool. Especially during the chilly months of January-April. With the Pool Heater you can brag to your friends up North on those days you choose to swim during the Winter Months.Inside, we have added a 6 piece leather sectional with 3 electric recliners. Perfect for watching tv, reading a book, or taking a nap. If you prefer to just have some nice conversation, there is also another sitting area with a comfortable leather couch, oversized chair, and an additional couch.By choosing to stay at our Vacation Home you are close to Gulf beaches, but you really don’t have to go anywhere … relax on the lanai by the pool, take a walk or bike ride around Parade Circle, or spend the day golfing in your own community. At the end of the day, relax and enjoy the spectacular sunset. This beautiful, tranquil Rotonda West home has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, enclosed lanai, pool with removable safety fencing. Close to shopping, dining and other Gulf coast sites. In an amazing family friendly neighborhood.We are also Pet Friendly and will consider Furry Members of your Family. We will only consider Dogs under 25 lbs. Hypoallergenic.Vacationing with another family, our home will Give you Opportunities and Common Areas to Enjoy Time Together or Privacy when desired. When making the choice to dine in we have 2 tables with chairs inside or outside if you prefer to enjoy the view of the canal. If your a foodie we have recently added a Travel Friendly Notebook with some amazing local restaurants. This also contains important information like WiFi connection, garbage collection, lawn and pool services.There is WiFi and cable available with all 3 tv’s. 1 tv is located in the Main Family Living Room Area, 2nd tv is in the master bedroom, and the 3rd tv you will find in the guest bedroom off to the right of the kitchen area. The TV in the Masterbedroom is a Smart TV.If you are planning a trip to the beach, we are located within 10 miles from our home or 20-25 minutes (depending on traffic) by vehicle. There are some wonderful Gulf Coast Beaches…Englewood, Stump Pass Beach, Middle Beach (also known as blind pass), and Manasota Key often uncrowded with excellent facilities and parking available. But during the peak season January-April get there early. No need to drag beach umbrellas, chairs, canoes or kyaks rentals are often available at the beach. Embark on an eco-tour of Lemon Bay. You’ll often see dolphins, manatees, and beautiful birds.For our guest we also have 2 adult bikes and one kid bike available. It is the responsibility of our guest on the maintenance of the bikes including the inflation of the tires and brakes. Please also keep in mind you are responsible for your own safety.Plenty of golf and fishing is available in and around our community.Communication is key we want your vacation and stay to be a great experience. For this reason we take great pride in addressing any questions or issues you might have prior or during your stay. We do not have a land line available but we do have WiFi connection for your cell phones.Our home is located between Sarasota and Naples.
