This beautiful, single-level home sits on a large flat lot with just spectacular views of Lake Norman – includes an additional guest suite with a separate entrance above the garage, ideal for that couple who wants their own quiet retreat!The main house has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms with the 3rd King bed and full bath in the separate guest suite.You will have no shortage of amazing views as the entire family room, kitchen and dining area offer wide-open lake views plus you’ll enjoy the outdoor lakeside deck that extends the entire length of the house! Hot, sunny day? Still enjoy the lake while sitting at the covered gazebo at your private dock!Home includes great amenities including SMART TVs, foosball table, propane grill, kayaks, and much more – we can’t wait to have you as our guest & for you to create your own Timeless Memories like the owners of this beautiful property do with each visit!Don’t forget to add a boat rental to your stay to get the most out of your Lake Norman experience! We have partnered with a nearby marina to provide our guests with brand new tritoons – delivered right to your dock for your ease! Just ask us about boat rentals and we will arrange for one to be delivered to you!Have you own boat? Bring it with you and launch at either Queens Landing or Pinnacle Access area just a couple of miles down highway 150.*** We cannot guarantee that the dock can accommodate specific types of boats. If you are bringing your own boat, please let us know so we can check the accommodations.*** We cannot guarantee lake levels as they do change daily.
