The kitchen area has a dinette set and lovely wooden cabinetry, granite countertops, full size fridge, range, microwave, drip coffee maker & all you need to prepare meals.First bedroom offers a full bed, Smart TV and window AC unit. Washer/Dryer located in the right side closet.Second Bedroom offers three twin beds, with 1 set as bunk beds. A Smart TV is mounted and available for guest use. This room also has a window AC unit.A full bathroom with a walk in shower is located off of the living room.Step out onto the spacious covered deck with ample seating and a picnic table to enjoy the mountain breeze and river views. Take the set of steps down from the deck to the yard to enjoy your evenings by an open fire at the fire pit area or grill out with the charcoal grill.
