All that west 6th has to offer, as well as Whole Foods Flagship location and the trail at Lady Bird Lake within walking distance. Walk or bike to Austin City Limits festival — no need to mess with festival traffic!Tiny House includes a 40 square foot sleeping loft with queen memory foam bed. Enjoy kitchenette with microwave, sink, and refrigerator. Full size bathroom with door. Free parking on street.Clarksville is a quaint downtown Austin neighborhood with outstanding casual and fine dining restaurant options, bars, a local coffeehouse, a grocery within easy walking distance, as well as a large public park. For those interested in having a true Austin experience with incredibly close proximity to the downtown core as well as surrounding neighborhoods, this is your spot!B Bicycle Stations, Lime and Bird scooters available in the area. Close to Capital Metro bus line. Enterprise rental car also within walking distance on west 5th street. Very easy spot to use RideAustin or Car2Go.Patio area on back of property (in front of the tiny house) available to tiny house guests. PLEASE NOTE: Bicycles in photos are not included with this rental.COVID-19 UPDATE: We are still operational! Our cleaners are working hard to ensure the space is completely sterile and safe for every reservation. Hard surfaces and upholstery are disinfected and linens / towels are bleached on sanitize cycle. Please ask if you have any other questions or concerns.~ Absolutely NO loud parties. We take this very seriously. Please be respectful of our neighbors at all times and observe quiet hours after 10pm.~ No smoking anywhere on the property.
