Experience our Off-grid ready Tiny house in beautiful downtown Sarasota one mile from Main Street. Close to many diverse dining spots, from fine dining, farm to table local seafood. Bike to Lido Beach, St Armand’s circle, farmers market Saturday mornings, weekend art festivals, etc. Amenities include kitchenette with 3 burner gas stovetop, microwave, fridge/ freezer, A/C, Fans, Full shower, tankless water heater, composting toilet, queen size loft bed (average agility required to climb up and down), fire pit, outdoor shower, outdoor dining, relaxing hammock, sit on the patio with a cool drink and listen to the morning birds or enjoy the Florida sunset sky. The tiny house is on our property in quiet neighborhood. Payne park host’s live music and a skate park, nice track to run or bike. Clean and state of the art gym within walking distance. Walk to Main St. or call Uber/Lyft. Maybe rent a car (but not necessary if you are pretty active). Also, take the Bay Runner, the downtown trolly to the beach.
